Life Quote

This quote is so true, if you really think about how you react when things go wrong.

I have a friend who every time, even if it is the smallest thing, she always thinks the worst. She always starts her sentence out as this is the worst thing, I can't believe this. Most of the time, it is a small problem that a solution can be found for. Even if it is a larger problem, everything can always be fixed. It is much easier to be negative and jump to the extreme than to stop, take a breath, and think the problem through.

Many people make their problems worst by how they react to it. Most people react in an emotional way, which typically makes the problem worst than what it really is. Plus they want to tell everyone who will listen, read, etc. about the problem. Calling friends, posting on Facebook just to get the reaction of others. If we skip this step, along with all of the drama,  and take a moment to truly think about the problem; it will be easier and quicker to find the best solution in resolving the problem.

It can be difficult to find a bright side when a problem arises. Of course the bigger the problem, the harder it is to see anything positive. Life happens to all of us, problems will arise. The question is: next time you have a problem, how will you react?
