How to Fit Exercise into Your Day

With so many different things that need to be done during the day between work, kids, errands, whatever else that consumes our day; we can’t get everything done and something is usually put on the back burner.  Typically it is exercising, either we are exhausted at the end of the day or we simply run out of time.  Not to mention, for most of us, there are so many other things that we would rather do that exercise falls to the bottom of the priority list.

With our busy schedules and having kids with after school activities, how do we fit in healthy family dinners? Days can be very hectic as we play the role of chauffer.  Even though we have taken on the chauffer role, we still need to remain the chef of the family.  It can be tempting just to run through the drive thru or order a pizza.  Two things are wrong with those quick dinners.  First it is not healthy and second it can become very expensive.  With our schedule jammed pack, how do we fit in healthy, fast family dinners?  Like everything else, it just takes some planning.  Here are some ideas on meals that are easy and fast, plus you can make them ahead of time.

The cold and flu season is here with all of the cold weather, something that I don’t have to you about the winter season.  With there being over 200 various viruses that can cause the common cold, it is no wonder many people are dealing with a cold.  Symptoms for the cold and flu can vary from a runny nose, congestion, coughing, sore throat, chills, headaches, body aches, feeling run down, and fever.  Symptoms can last 7 -10 days before you are completely better.  With the cold and flu season here, I wanted to share some remedies that may not be known to you.  There are natural remedies to treat the cold and flu, which most can be found in your kitchen.
